Collective artwork

The inhabitants, helped by artist Morgane Demoreuille, colour the ground of Lyon Péri district area!

Collectively conceived for and by the inhabitants, with the artist during workshops organised by associated structures, tens of shapes are drawn onto the asphalt street.

The street Gilbert Dru was illuminated with fluorescent painting and black lighting during the Lights Festival 2023.

Regarding the programmation of the Bourse du Travail, the city of Valence launches each year a call for projects to produce the summer exhibition.

For this 4th edition, prizewinner artist Mélissa Mariller conceived the Nuée exhibition.

A series of Floating Portraits is collectively made during workshops, assisted by Gaelle Loth in autumn 2022. These productions are exhibited in Pasteur street (Lyon 7) in December.

In 2021, Studio Ganeks produced A ciel ouvert: unreleased artworks from 20 artists are exhibited on 140 billboards in Lyon.

Residency

In July 2021, Bureau Muséal and Studio Ganek invited Slow Fonts for a residency at Gegenüber Leipzig.

The graphists

Jérémy Barrault and Fabien Coupas made the most of this research time to wander around the city and conceive the Werkzeug typography.

Exhibition

Dans la nuit fauve is a collective exhibition presented at the MLIS Villeurbanne in February 2022. Video, installation, painting in situ and game to manipulate come together in a warm atmosphere. Here, skin is omnipresent, its texture, its formation, and its smell, seem to spread in the rotunda of the art library drawn by Mario Botta.
